Agreement Tour Operator

The travel agency undertakes to obtain and maintain appropriate insurance with [Company.Name] as “other insureds” for the duration of this contract. 4.1. The tour operator sends the invoice to the agent for tourist services and excursions reserved for tourists within at least 10 days before the arrival date. The agent`s reward is 1 (one) conventional unit per confirmed order. 8.3. This contract expires at 24:00 after the end of the day indicated in this contract. The validity of this contract may be terminated by both parties no later than twenty days in advance, after written notification to another party. The parties accept and accept that the aggrieved person may immediately terminate the validity of this contract with the mandatory written notification to another party if one of the parties breaks part of that contract and does not resolve that breach and resolves that breach. Such a measure does not cause the prejudice suffered by the aggrieved party with respect to the party`s right to demand additional and alternative means to protect its rights and does not prevent the party from repaying the right to repay unpaid debts under this contract. At the end of the contract, both parties will be exempt from any subsequent debts at the time of termination of the contract. Tourism Operator provides services to the agent`s clients until the expiry of the period, provided that these services are paid before the expiry of the contract. This contract is automatically renewed for 1 year (one year) if neither party sends the written notification of termination to another party one month before the deadline expires. In the proceeding, one of the parties opposes the renewal of this agreement that concludes the agreement at the time of decline.

The company remains the rightful owner of all securities, rights and interests of the property and any material made available for the conclusion of this agreement. The solution is unique for everyone and involves more work dispersion, more focus on the online part, which has caused the most important problems for tour operators, with an emphasis on marketing (online and offline) and concept design for each hotel. This does not mean that tour operators should be excluded, but it is important to ensure that the course of a hotel does not depend on the financial situation of one or more tour operators. At the same time, the loss of dependence on tour operators deprives them of the advantage of negotiating for lower prices. 2.1.2.
